Take your business to the next level

Join us to hear how Jordana Edwards (Clean Tea) and Julia Foyster (Tweed Real Food)

took their businesses from garage to global

Jordana and Julia will be joining us to talk about their growth journeys since establishing their respective businesses.  Our very own Board member, Allison Henry will facilitate the discussion. Both Jordana and Julia started out as home businesses and, apart from having awesome products, have utilised social media to take their businesses from strength to strength.

We will open the forum and allow plenty of time for you to ask any questions relevant to you and your business. You will be sure to walk away with some hints, tips and tricks that will help you increase your bottom line. Don’t forget your pen and paper (and business cards if you have one)!

Just last week Julia brought home not one but two awards:- AusMumpreneur Silver Award in the Food &Beverage Category and the Australian Food Award for her Tropical Splash Balsamic Vinegar (she was a finalist in three categories: (1) Food and Beverage Business Excellence Award; (2) Customer Service Award; (3) E-Commerce Award).

Jordana wears many hats, one of which is as representative of small business in the first Australian Facebook Small and Medium Business Council.  This is a huge honour and Jordana is grateful to be working with a business that really cares about the community and small businesses in Australia. Jordana also features on the Facebook Australia website on how to boost your business on social media.  The video was filmed in her Clean Tea factory in Byron Bay – check it out here https://www.facebook.com/boost/explore/businesses

Jordana also started the very popular Tweed to Byron Women in Business as a group to collaborate, share knowledge, seek guidance, celebrate wins, support and connect.

Apart from being successful business women (not to mention mothers), both Julia and Jordana are very generous with their time and advice in terms of assisting others in their small business growth journey and when we approached them to speak at our event they were both very happy to do so.

So, don’t miss this opportunity to hear them speak and no doubt learn a thing or two.

This meeting will be held at the Nook Cafe – TUE 1 October 6.00 pm – 7.30 pm.  Entry fee is $15 members and $20 friends and includes hot nibbles such as Risotto Balls, chicken wings, mini bruchetta, pizza slices and pesto cheese scrolls.  Coffee/tea/ cold drinks and cakes and slices available for purchase. It is a BYO venue.  Julia will be bringing along some of her Tropical Splash Balsamic which works well in sparkling wine and water so we will have some of that on hand for taste testing.

Look forward to seeing everyone.  Please RSVP to meagan.kruger@pacificsouthwest.com.au
