SOFT is a two-day workshop for rural women with modules on developing self-esteem, networking, goal setting, leadership, and communication.

Over the two days, we have fun and do a range of activities. You will learn tools for when you need them most; how to say no, coping with difficult times, tools for developing healthy self-esteem, understanding needs, and behaviour, building great communication strategies, managing relationships and much more.
